What We Do

City Light Ministries, formerly Life-Line Center, is a Christian Urban Outreach Center founded in 1992 with an emphasis on children and youth.

Spring Valley life groups are designed to encourage both individuals and families. We have a variety of life groups to choose from, ranging from common interests to location of meeting, all filled with Biblical teachings and planned events that will encourage your faith and help you to live a God-first life.
